Account Registration
- Hotels must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Login credentials (ID and password) will be provided after successful registration and verification.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Use of Services
- Namaste Techs provides a Channel Manager platform to manage inventory, bookings, and distribution across multiple channels.
- Hotels are required to cooperate in revenue management initiatives. Any changes in pricing, inventory, or booking policies must be communicated to Namaste Techs in advance.
- You agree not to misuse the platform or share your account with unauthorized parties.
Packages & Pricing
- Subscription fees and package details are clearly stated on our website and during the registration process.
- By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable charges as per your selected plan.
- Prices are subject to change with prior notice to existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Hotels are solely responsible for the accuracy of their property listings, availability, and bookings on OTAs.
- Namaste Techs manages revenue optimization, and hotels must keep us informed of any changes that may affect pricing or availability.
- Namaste Techs functions as a technology provider and does not act as a travel agent or booking guarantor.
Important Notice
If a hotel wishes to discontinue services or remove their property from Namaste Techs, they must provide a 15-day prior written notice via email to support@namastetechs.com.
Suspension & Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be misusing the platform, violating these terms, or involved in fraudulent activities.
- Terminated accounts will not be eligible for refunds of any subscription fees already paid.
Limitation of Liability
- Namaste Techs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
- We are not responsible for booking disputes, OTA-related issues, or technical problems beyond our direct control.
- Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the six months prior to the claim.
