1. Subscription Fees

2. Cancellation by User
- Hotels may cancel their subscription anytime but must provide 15 days prior notice before discontinuation.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable.
3. Demo Accounts
- Demo accounts are free of charge. No refunds are applicable.
4. Service Issues
- If service downtime or major technical failure occurs due to Namaste Techs, we may provide partial credit or adjust fees in the next billing cycle.
5. Termination by Namaste Techs
- If your account is terminated due to violation of terms, no refund will be issued.
