Information we collect
Our enquiry forms may collect your name, property name and type, phone number, email, location, room count, Booking.com URL, occupancy range, selected service or package, message, consent, referring page and campaign parameters.
Do not send Aadhaar, PAN, bank information, passwords, login credentials or payment-card details through our public forms.
Why we collect it
We use submitted information to evaluate and respond to enquiries, prepare service discussions, prevent abuse, maintain lead records and understand which pages or campaigns generated an enquiry.
Email communication
We may send an acknowledgement and communicate about the requested service. We do not use enquiry consent as automatic permission for unrelated marketing.
Analytics and cookies
Optional analytics and advertising measurement tools may be enabled only when configured. They may use cookies or similar technologies. The production cookie notice and consent approach must be reviewed for the tools actually enabled.
Storage, retention and security
Lead data is stored in a protected database and access should be restricted to authorised personnel. A final retention schedule must be set before launch; records should be deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
Third-party processors
Hosting, SMTP email delivery, Cloudflare Turnstile and configured analytics providers may process limited information to provide their services. Their applicable terms and privacy notices also apply.
